Pros

Get to work with cool products

Cons

Poor management, quality is a joke, no path for career advancement, general incompetence and terrible decision making on all levels. Extremely unprofessional work environment and poor culture. Working here has tarnished my opinion of the FOX brand. HR seemingly has no respect for employees. Company has lost many talented people because HR will not offer better pay to overworked employees who receive offers to work elsewhere. Turnover rate within manufacturing is extremely high and HR does nothing to resolve employee concerns about company culture. They aren’t even giving exit interviews to salaried employees who resign anymore. Little urgency is given to finding replacements and unqualified candidates are often chosen to fill roles.

Pros

Good brand with cool products, can offer some cool experiences on the job if you're on big projects in the right department. The people there can be pretty fun, too. It's a laid back culture.

Cons

Management would often fight over project ownership or influence. It caused some pretty heavy bottlenecking and terrible direction. A lot of the work became unnecessarily frustrating for long periods of time.
