      Pros

      Amazing company with amazing people. Get's their work done, but also knows how to have fun in the office/after work. Amazing company culture.

      Cons

      The only con of working at Fox is their pay was quite low. My starting salary was about 35% lower than the general starting average of my position. My ending salary was still about 25% lower than the starting average of this position in the LA area.

      Pros

      Company events, perks such as food when working in office, PTO under certain conditions, hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Almost no guidance/leadership from management. Moving goal posts. Favoritism. Condescending management of management that barely acknowledge you. Have had C level management shout at colleagues within earshot of rest of team. A lot of people work overtime to take care of extreme demanding deadlines/backlog but management looks down on you for doing so
