      Quarterly lunches but they have stopped it now.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with no focus on quality. EVP Manufacturing lacks in leadership skills and treats people like animals. Lot of favouritism in marketing and sales. HR is a dummy and being used to create insecure environment. Don’t work here. No job security and unsafe environment

      Worked for 3 weeks and was let go without warning they expect you to pick up your job quick with minimal training and have a terrible upper management my advice is don’t waste your time.
