OPS KYC team = worst team to work for in the entire company, would highly recommend avoiding. (Better opinion for the other departments.) Terrible 'secure' environment, without internet nor phones in the analysts' room - instead of promoting trust and investing in good firewalls systems as a proper 'tech' start-up. Analysts are treated as robots, controlled at every small step and clearly seen as replaceable, with no interest to keep and invest in for a long time. Also, growth opportunities are unfortunately mainly non-existent, since promotions often work on inside connections/friendships - and not based on the value that a person brings to the team.
