Pros

- Talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work. - A few managers who still try to support their teams despite impossible circumstances.

Cons

The restructure has been handled with zero transparency or foresight; entire teams made redundant while the workload remains. Leadership talks about “talent strategies,” but the reality is outsourcing roles to the Philippines for a fraction of the cost. Calling it anything else is disingenuous. Communication is cold and inconsistent, with decisions delivered after the fact - leaving staff in limbo until the axe falls. The personal impact on staff has been treated as an afterthought. Fantastic teams, built on years of collaboration and genuine friendships, have been ripped apart overnight for the sake of cost-cutting. Years of knowledge and loyalty are being discarded with no thought to the long-term impact on customers or operations. Morale has collapsed. The message is clear: you are replaceable, and cost-cutting matters more than contribution.

Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.
