However, don't be fooled. They are a metric that will be used against you. 3 -Discriminant & Inhumane Treatment -Effectively discriminating against ethnic minorities by "forgetting" about the starter pack(s) for a new starter that was scheduled to join in 2 weeks, whilst remembering the other new starters from an ethnic majority, and remembering their starter packs. Calling in an employee one day, and the literal day after firing them by using wellness score metrics, and contradictory points of excellent work during audits, but not suited to role. Inhumanely treated as a criminal by immediate termination without notice, and allowing employee to retrieve own goods.
