Pros

Fourth is a brilliant business to be involved with, their is immense opportunity to further your career if you are of a high calibre. I have worked for Fourth for 5 years and still love it. There is minimal turnover of people in my team which means we've established strong realtionships- we can challenge each other and move the business forward but also enjoy spending time together. Fourth's products are market leading and having seen numerous new product launches on the last 12 months it feels great to be a part of such a dynamic organisation. There are offices now in the US and shortly opening in Dubai so the potential for taking on new and varied challenges is great too.

Cons

It's a really fast paced dynamic business- that's hugely rewarding but can be challenging. Personally I enjoy that.

Pros

Very few pros come to mind, there were some great people on the individual contributor level I worked with across multiple teams however many left or are on their way out.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized work environment. Leadership’s lack of knowledge, direction, and experience is apparent. When I started, leadership was disengaged and disconnected to everything. I noticed there was a sudden and obvious change in leadership’s approach where “urgent” asks from above were being requested with little to no context. Unrealistic and changing expectations started being communicated as the norm. This caused confusion, chaos, and burn out, resulting in extremely low morale across teams. Concerns and feedback were either ignored or people were penalized/suddenly terminated for speaking up. Lastly, it doesn’t go unsaid there is no work life balance or professional boundaries here. This is a work environment that sets people up for failure and can have a serious impact on overall well-being.
