Pros
All of this is before the merger with HotSchedules, and up til the mass layoffs in July. Sad to see a great company struggling - You know its a good place to work because many people leave and come back - Team has great bonding activities - Great team - Great work life balance - Not as competitive on pay but benefits are great - Very flexible wfh policy even before COVID - Generous expense policy (before merger with HS anyway) - Great managers that know how to listen to their employees
Cons
- Lot of confusing changes after the merger after company was bought by Marlin - could be better about promoting POC and Women into top leadership positions
