Not the best - Payroll Specialist Fourth Employee Review

- Not much support from higher ups, it's frowned upon if you're having a bad day, they always talk about "employee welfare" but God forbid you forget to smile, you get pulled into the office over it! - Top heavy, too many people who are "management" but don't actually know how to manage their teams. - Not much insentive to do well, they plan all these "wonderful" parties but it's not the way to solve the deep rooted issues. All these PDPs they have set up work are biased, the managers always seem to be rewarded when they're the ones making mistakes yet anyone under them just gets marks "deducted" without good cause.
