Understanding, helpful coworkers, large amount of resources

Communication lacks sometimes, have to chase an answer for certain things

Good benefits and decent pay for the maintenance. Not so good for the office staff.

Did not pay their vendors and hired new ones when they were cut off. They were spotty about collecting rent and undermined me when I did when what they told me. They then forced my maintenance tech to perform my duties and fired me on trumped up charges. This is when I refused to hire more vendors when they wouldn't pay them for their work performed. The president had to turn over the keys to the property to the new management company after their dealings were known to the owners. They cannot keep properties for very long and this must be due to the management practices that still must exist.
