The employees care about the service users needs being met.

Look around, over 50% of your coworkers won’t be their next year, how the board of directors has not looked into this is beyond me. I coached a former employee into a higher paying role at another agency after working here. If you are let go “without cause” do not let it be a hit to your self esteem there is better out there for you.

The work is extremely meaningful and important. There are some good staff there.

Almost everything else. There was constant gossip, drama, firings, resignations in my 1 year there. It’s kind of silly how much time is spent on drama when there are actual lives in need.
