Great Company - Senior Data Entry Operator Fourans Employee Review

Fourans is a staffing agency, I temped for them. I found them to be very responsive, pleasant, supportive with anything I needed.

No cons that I can think of.

Decent company, provided long term contract and decent opportunity.

Pay rate is below the market rate for state jobs. Many new responsibilites with short deadlines added for consultants after joining, however there is no annual review process and no pay increase after a year.
