Cons
Leadership & Management Senior management has a very hands-on approach, but not in a helpful way. It feels more controlling than collaborative. Career Growth Promotions seem to go to the same people regardless of performance. If you’re not in the inner circle, you’ll likely stay at the same level until you decide to leave for better opportunities. Learning & Development There’s not much mentorship or critical thinking happening. When problems come up, people don’t really dig into what’s actually wrong or think through real solutions. Product Issues The product has some serious underlying problems that no one seems to know how to fix properly. Instead of addressing the core issues, the team just keeps applying quick fixes to cover up previous mistakes.
