Pros

Selection is comparatively easy. Except of others, sales team is is quite satisfied with the company.

Cons

I was in backend development. 1. They may not tell you after your successful interview but you have to work in night too after office hours completion on the same salary, does not matter whether you are fresher or experienced. If you refuse, they will start torchering you gradually till then you leave the company yourself even if you are good at office, doesn't matter. 2. They do not pay good . 3. No work life balance. 4. Ceo crack poor and bad jokes on employees. 5. Even if you finish your task early, they will give another task and do not allow to relax for even 2 mins except for lunch time. 6. They want fresher to work like an experienced guy and do not provide appropriate training . 7. They provide offer letter after 1 or more months and do not tell about their policies in interview too and state poor excuses for that. 8. Hr. is not professional at all. If you leave the company early and ask for salary for the days you worked, she will shout at you and tell the facts about you which are not true even. 9. Treats there employees like robots. 10. Sometimes, they do not provide proper system to their employees too and still ask to complete the task. 11. management is not good 12. Hiring and firing system.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities. Projects involve real-world Android development using modern tools. Management encourages skill growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Work culture is positive and respectful.

Cons

Initial onboarding could be more structured for new developers. Documentation for some projects can be improved to reduce dependency on team members during early stages.
