Great structure, learning curve, & culture for a commission only sales job!

As with any sales job, it is not easy! But that makes you better and for the right person is almost another Pro.

- Nice colleagues - Interesting clients - Cosy office space

- Pay cuts whenever the boss feels like it - Unnecessary long hours meetings that can be concluded in less than 30 mins - No benefits (health/medical/discount/welfare) - No proper higher management - Long unnecessary OT hours - No respect for afterwork hours, will call in the middle of the night (2am/3am) - Reluctant to pay OT hours despite making you OT - Claims take very long to be handled, kept delaying them - Lowballs your salary offer, under market - Ability to keep you longer on probation so that they can take advantage of cheap slavery in their agency - If you try leaving, the boss will "try" to recommend you to another company to help you in a company switch out of "his goodwill" but it will always fall through as this is his way of punishing you for leaving him, happened to many ex-employees already. - Takes advantage of foreign talent on papers just to show MOM they are following pay/employment terms. - Fast turnaround with employees, they hardly stay unless they have a personal benefit agreement with the boss.
