Communication is very clear. If there are changes happening, management communicates that to the team.

If you prefer being told what to do all day, this may not be the best place for you. Everyone brings their skills to the table to make it great, it's not just a place to bide your time. Growth is happening fast, so you have to be able to keep up with it and contribute to alleviating growing pains.
