      Pros

      People were awesome, culture of understanding for work/life balance. Depending on what you need most, could be the best place to jump start your career . Experience gained and what I learned was great for growing in career.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the amount of work. Compensation strategy was to lag the market. So I eventually left and got a bug raise moving to a new job.
