Pros

No micromanagement at least in my team

Cons

-Toxic management -Employee is put last -You won’t feel heard or valued -Salary is low compared to industry -Management makes decisions that impact you and tells you what’s good for you. -favouritism when it comes to promotions and people are treated differently if they are friend with the manager. -Company values are just words on a file.
