Pros
Used to be a good company to work for, good people, generally good work/life balance - but not for the last few years (since PE ownership).
Cons
Constant heavy rounds of layoffs - Well beyond the point of it impacting the company's ability to continue functioning. Feels very much like it's being run into the ground and won't exist in a couple more years max. The last year has been utterly miserable in particular. Regent (owners) are pushing for full RTO, so beware of that if it's an issue for you.
