Pros
An awesome place to work and the one place I regret having to leave (only reason to leave is because I am moving abroad to be with family). This is an organisation that provides you with ample learning opportunities that gets you involved cross-functionally, with trainings, interviews, and so on. A very employee-oriented company that also provides flexibility in work. It makes you feel great to be trusted and treated with respect. This makes each person take ownership and be accountable for what we do, and not take what you are given for granted. It’s a deep level of trust and bond this organisation has created for its employees. I’ve worked closely with most of the managers at mid and senior levels and have found them all to be incredible people. A trait very rare that I’ve seen here among the management, especially the Senior Management, is the “Intellectual Humility” they possess. This is the realisation among the management that solutions to problems can be complex and no one person will have the answer and involving its employees in coming up with innovative ideas to these solutions.
Cons
Obviously any organisation would have its pains and challenges. However, realising that each day brings new challenges and facing them by staying focused and putting in your best, gives you the satisfaction of having genuinely contributed to the success of your organisation with your head held high.
