Pros

I have been working at Foundever Greece for the past 6-mos and the experience has been very good since the very first moment. During the hiring process, the recruiter manager was very helpful and always eager to help, and the whole process was very direct and streamlined and they respected the deadlines, there was no ghosting whatsoever. The integration was good, and there is a good teamwork and spirit around, everybody was helpful and always made time to help me out. On top of that, they are always pushing and opened to receive improvement suggestions on all levels and continuously looking for ways to engage everybody. They actively try to understand how people integration was, how's going their day-to-day in the operations and look for ways to improve it, but not only as they also implement a lot of engagement activities according to people's feedback like movie nights, celebrate each culture traditional festivities, etc. Contract wise, they have respected everything it was written, and I haven't had any problem whatsoever. I definitely recommend Foundever!

Cons

I have been working for a half a year and so far, I have nothing to mention that has not been positive.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
