Pros

62,000 people work for Sitel the world over in 52 countries. The other posts here are obviously people who could not hack it in a fast paced professional environment. One states here they worked part-time for 5 years. So bad, but theyu stayed for 5 years??? Yes, 3 months per shift posting. What is wrong with knowing what schedule you have for the next 3 months? That is a positive. It allows you to plan for trips, doctors appts, etc. You have your dame days off set for each time period. Better than a weekly schedule where you cannot make plans on short notice. These people posting here are the ones that could not cut the mustard. Always a sour 5% who are never happy with the world. It is everyone else's fault they have problems. Very very positive team atmosphere and constant support. Plenty of offered overtime at $17.875 an hour on weeks.

Cons

Need to add a larger variety of salty snacks in the canteen.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
