Pros

They try their best to succeed in being a company opened to everyone willing to work for the minimum wage which can be a pro to a lot of people. The work-life balance was a pro for me but because I had weekends and holidays off. Also my schedule was good in comparison with most of our colleagues Being part of the staff can be a pro.

Cons

The way they rapidly and without mercy cut you off whenever they are in need of sending people to unemployment. Even if this people have a permanent Contract with the company. The salary is not that good for the amount of work we have to do (850€ base salary). They tend to promote people in their inner circles and recruit people from outside not caring about the talent they have in their own ranks.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
