Pros

Working from home is the only thing

Cons

Worst place to work ever!!! Apply to this shady company that changes their name every other year if you want to be treated like you’re in high school all over again. The only incentive was working from home. Other than that, the training itself was crammed in a short period of time, back to back calls, very short breaks, you basically have to ask permission to use the restroom, the trainer’s are childish, loud, incompetent, and unprofessional, the used equipment that is sent out is often dirty and defective. They don’t work with your personal schedule, emergencies, or anything of the sort. Benefits are overexaggerated as well. You are stressed daily and the pay is the bare minimum. I made more money in manufacturing. This has been the worst job I’ve ever had!!!

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
