      Work from home No weekends in billing Most equipment provided

      The worst is that we do not have paid holidays so we are missing work involuntarily but they do not pay us for it. Insurance plans are not great very expensive. Pts are rude and Supervisors make it worse by not doing their jobs and they need to train more thoroughly

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
