Pros

-Work from home opportunity. -When you have a great coach/leadership you will feel it and see it. -Schedule Bid (After 90 Days of being a top performer, you get to be first to choose from given available schedules.) -PTO -They really push DeVry University in your inbox. -If you can position yourself behind the campaign goals, you will make your time there easier and more enjoyable.

Cons

-Not a proactive acting company within the campaigns. -Will hire the wrong people for the roles they need, and as a result not hit BTP targets. -Too focused on numbers and not the people behind the numbers. -Often times promotional opportunities fall through the cracks, as hard as you worked to earn them because the 'client' pulls the contract. -Occurrences add up quickly and you are held accountable for not being there, don't think your not. -Campaign is ending... and your unsure of where you'll land next.. or employment gap because you don't have bills to pay right? (Again Proactive Pattern Here)

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
