Pros

you get to talk to friends and hang out with them. the supervisors were fun as well... the pay was ok. thats all i got for the pros lol

Cons

the managers there were more into chit-chatting with you all the time. managers would go outside on break and smoke a blunt, it was just like a place you go to talk and do what you want, take as many breaks as you needed girls would go to the bathroom and be gone for a while and its because they were doing drugs, taking shots, or on their phones. so, I quit and wasn't long after they placed got closed down and now its replaced with Arnolds motor supply

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
