No commute, all equipment provided at no additional charge, various campaigns t choose from, promotional opportunities fairly quick. It's a great way to avoid the loud chaotic environment of a call center atmosphere. The company offers great benefits and promotes from within.
Cons
Starting pay should be no less than $11.00. $9.00 hardly supports a family. Training should be longer and include more information that will allow employee to be more equipped when they get into production. Operation, Coaches, and Trainers can be unprofessional in their interaction with employees. Human resources fails to act on behalf of the employee.
