Pros

Great company with great benefits. The coaches have been more than helpful in my personal experience. My teammates are supportive and there is definitely room for advancement. The pay is decent for the work, with the added bonus of being able to work from home.makes work MUCH more enjoyable!

Cons

The upset customers, constant updating of rules/procedures, and statistical requirements for your calls are hard to reach at times, making the job a bit stressful. You get very few holidays off, and when you do, you must make up that day on one of your off days. For example, Monday you are off for the holiday, and normally you would be off Saturday and Sunday. NOPE, with Sitel, you have to work one of your off days, which would be Saturday because they are closed Sunday. Thats one of the biggest drawbacks in my opinion

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
