Pros

The company promotes from within with a lot of room for growth. The atmosphere is fun yet they take customer service very seriously. The pay is competitive with benefits after 60 days. If the campaign you are working on has to downsize or ramp down they will find another campaign for you as long as your attendance is up and you are a good performer.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, no paid holidays or pto until after 6 months, campaign can end abruptly.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
