Pros

Beats the dole, but not by much. A pro is that you can feed yourself and just about pay your rent by being there.

Cons

Run by people who are clueless to what competency and efficiency is. Will regularly not publish work rota schedules until a day or two in advance. Given the opening hours are 7 days a week, between 8am and midnight, this is a significant intrusion on the personal life of all staff. Top management is so self serving that everyone working there feels violated and exploited all the time.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
