Pros

- High salary - Friends / co-workers - Near Banchetto Overnight Street Food Fiesta

Cons

- Upper management did not know what they were doing with the new account we were handling - HP, it was so chaotic and disorganized - Toxic because of the lack of skill of upper management and the support (workforce, training, etc) - Obviously did not know what they were doing with the new account - Pioneer II site was along Edsa, very dirty once you exit the office doors - Upper management just accepted client's demands and then would think of how to accomplish it along the way, which led to HIGH employee dissatisfaction - Encountered many sexual harassment cases from upper management (the Site Director himself was involved) - Sleeping quarters at Pioneer I was like a janitor's closet turned sleeping quarter, literally so small and the beds were old, torn and smelly - Recruiting kept on accepting agents that were "thrown out" of other companies without conducting a proper background check just so they could meet the account's "agent head quota", because of this, we got a lot of BAD agents - Schedules of agents / team leaders were not thought out well, I would have agents with schedules spread out across a 16-20 hour shift

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
