Pros

hold your hand training . They get you ready for the floor. Most people are nice when in training and will help you every chance they get.

Cons

Like high school you have clicks with in management. So if you don't fit in and you not apart of the group you will not rise in the company. Advancement don't offer that much more in pay. Benefits only the point system is and points buy back program. You start at 10.hr then raised to 11 after first 90 days then raise are based on performance.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
