Pros

*do you hear crickets* well at least you have a job for now

Cons

I worked at Sitel part-time (More than a year) was promoted to CR level 2 but no raise or increase in pay. I wasn't interested in becoming a CR2 they just forced me into this position with no increase in pay. Not to mention CR2s aren't allowed vto based on business needs. They prefer quantity over quality when it comes to answering calls. I was on the Starbucks campaign if you're interested in working here please do yourself a favor and stay here short term. Thinking about how much I've struggled and stressed to keep my numbers on goal for the low amount of pay.....looking back it wasn't worth it and I should've moved on a year ago. Supervisor/Coach thinks they are on a throne and could care less about your little life. Although they pretend to care.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
