      Not a micro management culture, you are expected to get your job done and often left to make it happen. But management will step in to help when you need it.

      Salary is not good and freeze in pay increase has been the norm for several years

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
