Pros

Work from home, 3 days off

Cons

Being confined to a chair over 9 hours a day with headset attached to your head, have to request bathroom break, coaches are only interested in their numbers, if you aren’t high on your NPS they make you feel worthless. NPS Scoring is ridiculous. Even if the customer calls you out for doing great but rates The business you answer phones for as bad, you get a detractor which goes against your score. I answered over 1100 calls in a month, no one else on my team was close to that amount, but I was put on corrective action for 30 days for a mistake in one case. Low pay, $9 an hour to be verbally abused by customers who are angry.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
