Stay well away from this absolute joke of a company - Customer Service Advisor Foundever Employee Review

Pros

None at all, the place is worse than a concentration camp

Cons

School students could run a company better, most of the managers are an absolute joke and take disciplinary measures into their own hands not following any sort of procedures or giving you an outcome. Complaints are not taken seriously and staff are just a number. If you work for this “people first” company expect to spend all of your life in the building as shifts are all awkward and they never give you weekends off and good luck booking holiday as it’s non existent. A piece of advice for Sitel - why is your staff turnover so high? Surely you should be looking at this and thinking what is going wrong as all of the people that started the same time and after have left the company.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
