Free coffee, pool table, friendly management.

Cons

Pay, more red tape than the Fed due to the client, mandatory overtime. Also, one of the most ridiculous attendance policies at any institution I have ever worked.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
