Pros
Friendly coworkers, OCCASIONALLY friendly management (but dont expect it), hour rate is pretty good. Otherwise, I can't think of much. Whoops.
Cons
So I started in winter, when things were fast paced and tough. I got at least 80 hours per paycheck and usually I had mandatory overtime (If I skipped it, say, DUE TO A MEDICAL REASON, I was written up despite the note from the doctor). At 10.00$/hour, thats pretty good. Come spring and summer, I was LUCKY to make 20. They did not advertise my position as seasonal, but instead a full time year around. Eventually I resigned due to said medical problem. There is also the issue of management. While the individuals of management are usually nice and helpful, as a whole nothing gets done. I submitted multiple complaints of harrassment but they were swept under the rug as if they were nothing. The HR representative was understanding, but the Managers couldnt care less.
