Pros

Only pro is work from home

Cons

*this is specifically for the Knoxville, TN location* The operations manager and up are absolutely terrible. They have ran off a huge portion of their senior agents since March and a lot more are looking for new jobs. Agents are just a number. They decreased pay for the majority that are employed there. They require mandatory overtime and if you can't work it you get an occurrence and threatened with being fired. You get cussed at nearly all day from members and can't do anything about it. If you hang up you are threatened with call avoidance and potentially fired. Calls are back to back all day. Compensation is not anywhere near enough for the emotional abuse you deal with.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
