I have been working with the Foundever family for more than 25 years, most of that time under the name Sitel. Throughout this period, I have been able to grow professionally by taking on various roles, and I now work in a position where I truly feel valued both as an employee and as a person—by my colleagues, my managers, and our clients.
Cons
I don’t see any Cons; I would just point out that Foundever offers many opportunities, but like everything in life, you also have to contribute your part. It’s a type of business where you may need to put in extra effort and time, but it’s worth it.
