I DON'T recommend Foundever! Worst call center ever! I'm glad I don't work there anymore. - bare minimum salary! The company promises great benefits especially to foreigners arriving in Berlin but they pay too little for what they ask! - Not flexible timetables. - the HR personnel is rude! They constantly ignore your requests by email or phone which sometimes results in calling or emailing them multiple times for the same thing. Worst HR department ever. - Agents are really just a number, a small cog in the machine. The higher management doesn't value good employees! All they care are the metrics and statistics. When they don't need you anymore, they don't renew your contract even if you delivered excellent results! Also no prior warning for firing people. - very complicated to get vacation days approved. - Not really growth opportunities. - stressful work environment and constantly changing work processes (with bad quality and not well explained e-learnings). - complicated processes with little supervision. Contradictory statements from different departments.  - the performance bonuses are a joke! Even with fully earned monthly bonus, the salary remains the bare minimum for living in Berlin or surrounding areas. - The office is too noisy and the working systems mostly lagging, freezing which can cause delays to working.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
