Rachel provides hands-on guidance, personally teaching and correcting mistakes with constructive feedback. She genuinely cares about employees’ growth, both professionally and personally, and actively helps with networking opportunities, even bringing me to events for exposure. Her career advice is invaluable, and beyond work, she remains a supportive mentor and friend.
Cons
Steep learning curve; new employees may struggle to keep up. But nonetheless it’s invaluable legal training that is hard to come by, and skills learnt are always helpful at FD or future employment.
