Our turnover rate for employees is actually quite a bit lower than the industry average, and as a third-party management company, our retention of clients also beats industry standards by a significant amount. We understand that if the loss of a contract impacted you, these numbers don't matter. We do not always have another opportunity for the staff at that property and those situations are difficult.
