Co-workers are all very good to work with and knowledgeable in their fields. They're always willing to help with questions.

The medical benefits aren't the best, but only because they're expensive and then the copay is also expensive. Otherwise, no complaints.

Fast growing, dynamic accounting firm with great team and wide range of industries served (Not in any order...) - flexible work schedule; comfortable office atmosphere / attire - small firm = very little red tape, things get done immediately - open, direct line of communication to management - autonomy in work and trust / support from management in decision making with a support system to go to when in need - support from management for professional development - being a smaller firm, number of opportunities to get experience in accounting service areas outside of one's specialty (for example, learning and helping with taxes)
