      I think what they're trying to do can work but it is not a good place to work.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Like I said above, unless you came from a frat, enjoy drinking wine coolers and do not have a family, you will not enjoy working here. They micromanage and it was truly a terrible experience b/c of one specific manager.
