There is a complete lack of administrative structure. Can't trust the had a meeting with the CEO for 30 minutes to explain some concepts and results...he talked for 25 of those minutes and heard nothing I said. Having 3 CEO's in 2 year and 4 directors shuffle through one position reveals the utter lack of planning. Change always happens, have a process for dealing with changes. That said, my hat is tipped to the ones left in leading roles trying turn a damaged ship around they work hard.
