Management rewards bad employees and throws good ones under the bus - MHTA Foundations Behavioral Health Employee Review

Pros

Getting to work with the patients was the only positive I had with this job.

Cons

While I was out on medical leave and in a hospital, management told all of my coworkers where I was and what was wrong with me, even though it did not pertain to work whatsoever, which made my coworkers ostracize me when I returned. Also, somebody reported something to me which I confidentially reported to my superiors (as a mandated reporter), who "interviewed" me about it while the person in question was waiting outside the room so they could hear it. This made the person aware that I was the one who reported it, and it caused a very hostile working environment for me. NEVER trust management. The higher-ups (CEO and CNO) are the only trustworthy ones
