-Professors lie when providing feedbacks -Make-believe assessments by the Coordination and teaching /research team (for which FCT was not directly responsible, nonetheless, they take the Coordinator's feedback as "word of God" -No full professional contract, rather some "estatuto" carefully tailored to curtail researcher's labour rights as much as possible. -12 months of "subsidy", not a real salary as per the Portuguese Labour Law
