      Most of the people are great. Remote-first Owner is a powerful force and visionary (unfortunately there is minimal interaction with him)

      Cons

      New and very unorganized Minimal trust in management Doesnt have a solid grasp on job definitions Lack of empathy Communication processes are highly dysfunctional

      Remote first and always Amazing and collaborative senior leadership Ideas are implemented - and fast You can choose what you want your role to look like The team are all working toward the same goal People from all backgrounds and all across the globe are welcome Have an idea? You can run with it and it's okay to make mistakes along the way Once a Foundationite, always a Foundationite!

      Starting pay and pay increases could be improved Little room for advancement or role-switching in my specific role
